This review is for piercing only. I came here a couple months ago to get my flat pierced (cartilage piercing), and Rico was clean, efficient, and did a great job. He explained the process throughout and gave clear aftercare instructions. Piercing is healed with no complications. Would return for future piercings. You can also bring your own jewelry and pay a small sterilization fee, which was hard to find at other shops.
I got a flash piece by Sarah and it was such an amazing tattoo experience. She is so nice, welcoming, professional and made me feel comfortable and calm the entire time. She checked in with how I was feeling during the entire design/stencil/tattooing process. I felt listened to, not rushed and had genuinely great conversation the entire time she was tattooing. The piece turned out better than I expected and it fits so well with the rest of my tattoos. The color is vibrant and she even guided me and checked in during the healing process.
