Staff were nice and professional. But unfortunately i was given 2 transvaginal ultrasounds in the clinic yesterday and when i went home, i started bleeding alot. I was fine prior to and during my appointment but right after the appt, unfortunately i miscarried. Something isn't right. Just be careful if you go here

I always had an excellent visit and the all front desk staff are very nice but the new front desk girl by the name Potrice -PFA was very rude. I coming to the OBGYN office in Broadway dyckman, the lady said to check in in the kiosk which I did. Then, I seat down and the front desk Potrice call my name and I said good morning, she didn’t said good morning back, the only thing she said was next time after you check in come get the label with my information. I said, ok. Then she has the courage to said I start my day with attitude 😄. I think she is the one that always has attitude, as a front desk coordinator she needs to learn how to provide an excellent customer service...read full review

I have been coming to this clinic since the mid 90s - other than difficulty booking an appointment within reasonable time, I have no complaints. Everyone has always been professional and helpful.
