This company is a hidden gem. My building had a major flood and some of my flooring and dry wall had to be removed because of it. I did a little research to find a contractor for the repairs, but I was worried things wouldn't' go smoothly nor come out nice. Brian my foreman met me at site and immediately put me at ease. He is knowledgeable, articulate and genuine. Repairs went very well. Expert craftsmen. Sandra at the office was responsive to any concern. I made the right choice for certain. This is a highly professional company with a beautiful showroom where one can choose in comfort your flooring. Having floors replaced is a highly daunting experience. At least it was for me. I would like to thank the New York Wood Flooring for the follow through when I had concerns. Efficient. Fast. Clean. Sandra who I believe is the office manager, did everything to keep me informed, calm and the process moving. As well she was extremely organized in seeing to it that NYSIF (Insurance) forms were sent to the building manager--A building requirement.My floors look fantastic. Thank you.

I highly recommend New York Wood Flooring, the whole team is very professional, responsive and very helpful, all experts! I am very happy to have found them. I had no idea where to go and what to expect for floor work. Tony gave me all the information & answers to my questions when he came for the walk through. Sandra was super fast & helpful in getting the paperwork ready and organizing the whole project. Everything went so smoothly, and they have scheduled it immediately, and finished my apartment in 2 days.
