I truly wish I would have seen these reviews before stepping foot into this nail salon. I came in last Friday Feb.28th to get a simple French set skinny straight line very basic very simple, I also got a French pedicure my pedicure was decent but my French tip was terrible my nails came out crooked the electric filer cut through my skin and that was irritating by day 2 I noticed dips in my nails and just how terrible the application was less than a week later 2 of my nails broke another 3 have completely come off i literally had to take all the nails off because they look so tacky for $75+ this was a terrible experience I’ll never go back and I don’t recommend anyone...read full review

My nail technician was nice and did a good job but this salon is filthy. Surfaces were sticky, hair on the floor, buckets full of dirty water out in plain sight. Even the sterilizing machines looked dirty. And on top of everything they charge more than other places in the neighborhood. I do not recommend.Services: Pedicure

Yikes!!! I came in for a simple gel manicure. I normally go to someone else and have been for years but figured I would try this place out since they were a bit cheaper and closer. HUGE MISTAKE. 1. The place was small and cramped. The lady I had was too busy talking on her phone. 2. When it came to put the color on which she was told numerous times prior to her starting the process and she assured me she had the color. All of a sudden she doesn't have the color. We ended up picking the closest color they had and after she puts on the first coat she then tries to put on a different color for the second coat? Why? What was she thinking? 3. When it was time to pay, she charged me extra to take off the gel I had in on however she didn't actually take it off since she only filed instead of a soak off. Then when I paid used my Apple Pay I was charged another $4 since I used the machine. It was one bull crap thing after another. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place at all especially if you are used to an elevated environment with awesome customer service, plenty of space, clean and attentive workers. This isn't the place for you.
