Based on the reviews, Natural Beauty is a great find in Chinatown, described as a smaller shop but a gem. This spa offers extremely relaxing facials that leave the face glowing and refreshed. The facials include extractions, steaming, cleansing, hydration, and a cooling mask to reduce redness, with the option to add a serum for anti-inflammation and scar removal. They also offer brow clean up, facial and shoulder massage, and traditional Chinese massage treatments. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and new, with separate rooms for quiet and intimate treatments, as well as bigger rooms for groups. The technicians are friendly, welcoming, and thorough. A special promotion of $55 for a facial is available, though the staff may try to suggest signing up for packages or adding items. Overall, it is a relaxing place to enjoy a day off, and customers would definitely come back for other treatments.
This is my second time coming to this spa and will definitely be back! The facials are extremely relaxing and you'll walk out absolutely glowing. Joey was extremely professional and made it easy to schedule my next visit.
Really enjoyed my experience here. The ladies are really amicable and welcoming when I asked for facial cleaning and eyebrow plucking. They have really soothing music and would strike up conversations with you while they are doing their procedures. Really relaxing to enjoy my day off here.
My partner and I stumbled upon them randomly as we walked by and took a chance as there weren’t many reviews online. It turned out to be a great find, a smaller shop but a gem!
