Really enjoyed my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both my massage and facial were excellent. The space is small, but they use it efficiently and the service never feels rushed.
What especially impressed us was how they handled my friend’s allergies. She is sensitive to many of the fragrances and ingredients commonly found in skincare products, and the staff was incredibly patient and accommodating. They took the time to go through each product with her, carefully checked what she could and couldn’t use, and customized her treatments accordingly. They never made her feel like it was an inconvenience, which we really appreciated.

Absolutely one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in NYC. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing. The facial was thoughtfully customized to my skin, and my therapist explained each step, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the treatment.
I especially loved that it’s a private boutique spa rather than a crowded one. The one-on-one attention made the experience feel personal and unhurried. Everything was spotless, the staff were warm and professional, and they genuinely listened to my skin concerns instead of rushing through the appointment.

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The spa is soothing and lovely, and so welcoming. Kris gave me an amazing facial — I swear my face looks lifted and more youthful, even days later! Bella’s massage was equally incredible. I came in extremely tense, and she was gentle but so effective. I left feeling relaxed and so much better. Highly recommend Earth & Soul!
