The staff are nice but I no longer go here because all the great nail techs are gone. The nail techs that are left don't take the time to do a good job, they don't seem to have the talent for a great pedi either. And they're expensive. If Im going to pay a lot of money plus a good tip and take the time to go here I want a great job done. Ive been very dissatisfied with my pedicures the last few times, they work too quickly and do a half job to rush you out to take the next customer. Unfortunately I had to find a different nail salon to go to.
This is my go-to due to its proximity and competitive prices; however I would only do basic services here (e.g., regular mani/ pedi). I went last week to get my gel polish out and the nail technician used a nail drill improperly. She took out the first layer of my nail plate and my nails have been sensitive in the shower since then. Not irreversible damage as nails grow out over time, but I won't be back for gel polish removal.
surprised to see the negative reviews— i had a fantastic experience! ladies here were very nice and i walked in. I got a regular manicure and was charged $2 extra for using the ZOYA line. this wasn’t a big deal though, given that a manicure is $16!!! my nails look fab, my hands are moisturized. i’ll be coming back!!
