I read the negative reviews about this place and went for it anyways.

I asked for a 2 day turnaround and they technically completed it. However, my wool blazer smells totally unclean / still funky. It’s a shame that I can’t confidently wear it for my interview.

I came here once before and they failed to remove any of the small yellow staining on my armpits and collar on a dress shirt. I thought it was my fault for letting it stain, and made excuses for them.

It’s a shame that I didn’t experience this place in their hey day. Just buy yourself some Dryel and a steamer and you’ll do about the same job as they would.

I took a Christian Dior jacket to Mr. Richards. They washed it instead of dry cleaning it and ruined the fabric forever. When I called and spoke with the owner, he was hostile and told me to “take him to court.” The jacket was $3,800, I will be doing just that ASAP. He does not stand by mistakes of his business.

I took my Christian Dior jacket to this business and they washed it instead of dry cleaning it. When I spoke to the owner, he was not nice and very hostile. He told me to take him to court and that he would not be paying for my $3,800 jacket. I will be taking him to court ASAP.
