About Moxy NYC East Village
Moxy NYC East Village is a fabulous hotel, especially for Broadway lovers. Guests should note the mandatory "Destination fee" of $30 per day, which is to be spent in their cafe or bar. The rooms are on the smaller side with limited furniture, making it a bit tight for two people. The bed is hemmed in on three sides, requiring one person to climb over the other to access the bathroom. The cafe serves delicious pastries and coffee, although it can be pricey. At night, it turns into a loud bar. The hotel staff is known for being friendly and helpful, ensuring guests feel welcome during check-in. Some guests have noted the comfort of the beds and the cozy atmosphere of the rooms. Despite the small rooms and additional fee, the hotel maintains cleanliness and offers a great vibe. It is conveniently located near the subway and in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The rooftop restaurant is also a highlight, providing delicious food and a fun dining experience.
The staff was fabulous and Nicole truly made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She was beyond amazing! We were in an Executive King Room for both of our visits, which had ample space, especially for a New York hotel room. Fabulous location in the Wast Village. We would definitely stay there again.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Moxy East Village during a weekend wedding, where our group had more than five rooms with family and friends staying at the hotel.

I really like this property. Location is fantastic. It’s in a great part of the city with lots to do and see. Staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms, although compact, work really well and provide a great value for the dollar. The lounge downstairs is great. There’s also a rooftop and great restaurant there. I’d highly recommend
