I never post reviews but I feel it had to be done. I was satisfied with the care I got here and the wait time was absolutely acceptable for an urgent care. The nurses are always LOVELY, it was the physicians assistant or resident (don’t know what her title was) that treated me. She was a younger woman with permanent fake eyelashes long straight dark hair, white girl. At first I thought she was just a blunt person and that’s why she was examining me roughly and with no warning language. But it got to the point where she was pressing the swollen/ injured part of me so hard, the nurse gave her a look to stop and grabbed my hand/apologized. I’ve never been examined... read full review
Had a minor (?) medical crisis while in manhattan for a few days from out of town. Walked in first thing in the morning. The wait was acceptable, the staff and nurses were friendly and competent, the doctor was thorough and took time to understand - and help me understand - what was and wasn’t happening. Very helpful. Would use again in an emergency.
Front desk and medical staff are kind and very patient. I’m not sure if it is the norm, but I had a very short wait time. I needed some imaging and was able to get everything done within the same Mount Sinai location which saved a lot of time. Overall, a very positive experience.
