BEST OPTICAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I live on the West Side, but went across town to Michael's because the reviews of this company were so great. We weren't disappointed. No pressure — wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. They have a great selection of glasses, and within minutes, Roman the proprietor noticed that my Columbia ophthalmologist had given me a prescription with a serious mistake in it. He called to confirm that there was an error, and the glasses I picked up fitted perfectly and the lenses were made flawlessly. I will be a regular from now on and will be recommending them to our friends and colleagues. It really beats the "department store" treatment at the chain optical stores.
