I'm not sure what I did wrong, but he was really rude to me. I get it -- it's his busy time of the year and he's swamped, but wow. I'm not asking to be his best friend or anything, but what a horrible interaction. It was the exact opposite of what the first reviewer wrote: very not patient, very very not easy to talk to. Very not flexible. He very well may be highly knowledgeable, but definitely not somebody I want to work with.

I was impressed first by Michael's professionalism over the phone. He was very patient, easy to talk to and highly knowledgeable in his area of expertise. Making appointment with him was very easy as he was flexible and accommodative. During my appointment with him, he first did a review of my taxes from the previous years, and then went through step by step process with my current 2013 paperwork. I'm not very tax savvy but felt comfortable with all of his explanations. After I left the appointment, I felt extremely confident in my decision to choose Michael Petrushansky to do my income tax. When it was complete, he sent an envelope returning all my items and instructions on sending payments and copied all by email. The entire package was very professional. As I had some questions, he was available via email and by phone which was very helpful and stress-free. I would recommend Michael to anyone in the New York Metro area or even further and will be doing my taxes with him next year and thereafter!
