Terrible customer service. I came to switch out my septum piercing, and two days later, I had to come back because the ball fell out due to them not screwing it in properly. They insisted that I pay $5 even though I had the ball with me and my septum was still in. They were rude about it when I asked why

Love the atmosphere there very helpful clean, organized and will work around your price range and expression and very reassuring when it comes to a mom taking her son to get his first tatoo

Got a helix ear piercing, got to choose between a ring and a stud, I would hope that they would know a ring is a no no for a fresh piercing. Maybe it was the material of the jewelry or the way it was pierced but it got infected despite doing daily saline washes. The $5 lobe piercings I got at the back of the pharmacy/jewelry store on 116 worked out 10000% better than this.
