I walked in at 5:05p for the last slot of the day and they accepted! This was my first facial ever and I felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. I did the $65 European facial which included some cleansing/face massage, 10 min steaming, quick extraction, two 10-min face masks, and then cleanup. You are left alone for the steaming and face masks. In between, there was lotion applied to my arms and a little of the upper back. Overall, felt like it was a relaxing experience in a very clean and professional environment. Went for the first time for the facial and I had a really good experience. Svetlana made me feel very comfortable and gave me helpful tips and guidance about my skin. I definitely plan to come back routinely for the facials.
