I was very worried I would not be a 100% following a tear due to a sports injury in my medial meniscus that needed surgery to clean it. I am an active person who loves sports and not good at not moving. Not only MSMPT reassured me so I felt more at ease that my injury was going to heal and improve, they also knew exactly how to challenge me exactly the right amount. Thanks to Sergio, I was able to ski (before I ran ? literally) and am already back to playing tennis. I am now also cleared to do all as before. My experience at MSMPT was overwhelmingly positive. I had a nagging shoulder injury which stopped me from conducting activities which truly made me happy. The wonderful & diverse staff worked closely with me to develop a plan which had my shoulder feeling stronger and pain free in a short period of time. The staff there took their time with me and made me feel comfortable from the moment I first walked in (being as I am neurodivergent this was very important to me). If the office is close to where you work or live I highly recommend making an appointment to go in and meet the highly experienced and knowledgeable team.
