I read some reviews online about Manhattan Nail Salon before deciding to come in, and despite the mixed feedback, I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! While I could immediately see what some people were mentioning about the music and ambiance, I found it in no way off-putting or offensive. In fact, the ambiance was quite soothing, and the salon was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and made my friend and me feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I opted for a regular pedicure, and the experience was fantastic. The technician took great care of my feet, giving them some much-needed TLC, and did a wonderful job on my toes. They were respectful of my space and let me listen to my shows without any interruptions--perfect for some relaxation time. While I was there, I overheard the owner speaking in Spanish to an employee about some of the negative Google reviews they've been receiving. She mentioned how some people seem to be harassing them with bad feedback. I told her that my friend and I saw the negative reviews before coming in but decided to give them a chance anyway, and I expressed how wonderful our experience was. It's honestly disheartening that such a great business has to deal with unfair reviews because we both had a great time and were well taken care of. I highly recommend Manhattan Nail Salon to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and relaxing nail experience. They truly deserve more positive recognition!

In the hustle and bustle of Manhattan, this place is an oasis! A very clean, serene and relaxing environment. Great work at a reasonable price. They take walk-ins. The door was locked when I arrived, but after using the electronic screen to locate the business, they buzzed me right in. I'm so happy to have found this place. Anabel was gentle and did a great job with my pedicure. Very friendly people here. When in town, I will come here again!

I was looking for a place that was open late and called Manhattan Nails. Rosanna explained that they were taking appointments only but allowed me to make a last minute appointment. You see, it was my birthday the next day and I really needed service. When I arrived to this very EXCLUSIVE looking place I was quite impressed. Victoria was AMAZING. Her attention to detail was outstanding. I have never had a better experience getting my nails done. Every single nail was done with special care and she did the exact same with my pedicure.
