Me and my wife were visiting NY on a 4th of July weekend to refresh. My wife is a researcher so she knows what she does and she picked Robyn. I already was impressed as she was approved by wify! Some stuff went wrong that day as we had to reschedule the first visit (our hotel was 2 blocks otherwise it would've been a very negative point as I did not receive the notification). The appointment was at 5, but the previous massage took about 15 extra minutes so mine started around 5:18, and being me, I was there at 4:45 (on the website it says to come fill some forms, so I went earlier in case that takes unexpected time) so I waited a good amount with no one in the front desk. I was already frustrated by this time. Then around 5:20 we started, Roby first checked out my posture and got some idea of how my body is and gave me some feedback which was nice to know. Then the massage started. I had some lower back pain as well as some stiffness in my neck. I forgot to tell her about the neck but mentioned the lower back. I have no idea what kind of massage I went through, but it was a whole-body surface and some areas in deep tissue. It is an oily massage so expect that in your dressing. Starting from back upper/lower, right hand, left hand, right leg, left leg and flip over and almost the same on front. The massage table is fairly comfortable and the ambient was nice. I think the speaker quality could improve, maybe one of those wireless/Bluetooth Costco sound bars help!? The whole session took about 65 minutes (including some rest at the end) and I was done around 6:25. Roby does not rush the massage and does not compromise. At the end of massage, I was feeling comforted and satisfied even though there were some technical difficulties at the beginning (the ones mentioned above). The doorman was nice and polite. The Men's restroom surprisingly was locked and needed the passkey, so you better think twice if you plan to use the restroom there! Thank you Roby, hope your business thrives, A visitor from Chicago!
