I brought in a winter coat that was ripped in the front, just under the pocket, from when I'd bumped into the fencing of a little tree (yes I'm clumsy). I gave it to the nice lady at the front and she told me she would do her best, since the rip was very deep and severe. It was a cheaply made coat from Amazon, but I didn't want to buy a new one. Lo and behold, when I got the coat back I seriously forgot where the hole had been because it had been fixed so perfectly! You would never know that there had been a hole in the first place. For real, I cannot find where the hole used to be because it was sewn so well. This is magical!

Wonderful neighborhood business. The people here recognize me by name and face. When I had a baby she sent the clean laundry to be delivered and allowed me to pay later (because I called for delivery late in the evening when she had already closed shop). I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the clothing that is returned.
