Loved working with the LUXLUF team. They were incredibly quick to respond, easy to work with, and genuinely friendly throughout the process. The florals turned out beautifully and were very aligned with the inspiration we included in the RFP, which we really appreciated. Overall just a seamless vendor partner -- would definitely recommend and use again!

Nice arrangement but expensive but that was ok. Problem is the flowers died the next morning. Ordered an arrangement for afternoon evening and it was dead in the morning. I emailed and was busy but when got back to me they offered 20% off plus an additional 20% on the next order to give a second chance. They said they think it's because of the dryness of the room. Originally they said they would offer a new bouquet but I already left the area. I'll have to try them next time hopefully we won't have that issue again.

Fabulous and stunning flowers and balloons created a perfect celebratory space!! Working with LUXLUF and the Marriott Manhattan Midtown was flawless and lovely!! Thank you!! EVERY STAR and much appreciation to you all!!
