I had the pleasure to meet Thalia in Louis Vuitton and provided one of the most memorable experiences. Thalia was one of the friendliest SA I’ve met at any of the locations I’ve ever been too. I inquired about the Custom Hot Stamp for my newly purchased Sarah Wallet and she went above and beyond with not only providing information but also allowing me to see the process behind the scenes. The reason why it made it even more special it’s because a previous rep denied the service and had no idea on the process yet she was well informed and stepped in to help which is what any customer especially at Louis Vuitton wants.
