I first went to her when my skin was an incredible wreck: it was pimply, oily, and ruddy from all the treatments I was subjecting it to in order to get rid of an epic battle with acne. The first time I saw her, she treated my skin so gently. After the session I asked her what I should do to get my skin back to normal. She told me to stop doing everything I was doing (scrubbing, picking, not moisturizing.) I invested in her top quality products and I don't regret following her hard advice. Lord & Whisper provides by far one of the best facial services I've had in NYC. Kasey actually gets to know your skin and works on its progress by recommending the best treatment for you whether it be a first time deep cleanse or maintenance with moisturizing. She's fantastic and I'd recommend her to anyone looking to maintain healthy skin.

My skin has never been as great as it is since I've been going to Kasey at Lord & Whisper! I bought a Living Social over a year ago (maybe two years, now) to get a facial from her. Was expecting your run of the mill relaxing facial... What I got was a lesson in skincare. A GREAT lesson. I took all of Kasey's advice - stopped picking at my skin, no more salicyclic acids/glycolic peels/scrubby scrubbers/etc, invested in a great eye cream, etc... Went back 6 weeks later with different skin. I still go to her as often as I can (I'd go every week if I could afford it!) and she knows - she knows if I switched to a crappy moisturizer, if I picked at a blemish... read full review
