I broke my glasses nearby and was really distressed, not knowing how to fix them. I had been to a couple of other stores before this and no one was able to help. I then stumbled across Loft Opticians and was helped by a very kind gentleman who fixed my glasses. He was incredibly welcoming and professional, and he refused to take any payment for his help. The store itself looked really cool and had such a warm, comfortable atmosphere.

His kindness truly made my day, and I’m so grateful for the exceptional service and genuine care. Thank you so much

I was on my way to another store to have my sunglasses repaired when I noticed Loft’s window—and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman there fixed my glasses in just a few minutes and couldn’t have been more helpful or kind. I’m thrilled to have discovered this neighborhood gem and will definitely be back when it’s time for my next pair of glasses!

Lost my glasses, went to three or four big name places (LensCrafters, eurooptica, grand central optical, etc) all told me no one could do it. As I was walking down the street (essentially blind), saw this place.

Walked in, was greeted like a neighbor, told them my situation, they honestly told me they couldn’t get me a perfect prescription today but they could do the best they can, and would get me a proper pair in a week. Had my temp pair in 20 minutes. Good people, friendly, local, understanding, great shop. I didn’t check out all the frames, but besides buying expensive designer frames, there’s no reason I’d go anywhere else.
