I was unable to verify my benefits online or over the phone. When I spoke with a representative, she was very rude and ended the call abruptly. It was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I wish there were a way to leave a zero-star review for this experience.

Diana Soltren ( At Pension Department) just called me today 2/19/26 10:15 am.
Diana kept talking over me and did not allowed me to ask my questions.
When I paused to allow her to talk, she kept talking over me again and again.
When I asked Diana to allow me to speak, she still kept talking over me.
I know this phone call is all recorded.
Please go back and listen to her unprofessional, condescending tone!
This was not handled professionally.
This is poor management and poor business behavior!
In fact, Diana Soltren hung up on me and did not allowed me to speak!

cant verify benefits oonline or over the phone and no one answers the phones anyways - just goes to voicemail box that they will never listen to. s/w Danica Padro online thru a chat box and was not helpful with providing benefits. extremely difficult insurance to deal with and the people are not nice.
