I had the aroma therapy facial with Joanne for a few times and it was an amazing experience. Joanne would use different combinations of essential oils suitable for me depending on what I needed most for each appointment. The facial and scalp massage puts me to sleep every time because they’re so relaxing. The gua sha helps with my muscles relaxaction and lymphatic drainage too. The entire experience is very relaxing and gives me a much needed break. I always leave feeling lighter with smooth and pampered skin!
Been going here for years and have bought multiple packages and topped off packages from them. My biggest complaint is their consistency. It feels like I only get good facials if it's my first time with someone new or if my package is about to run out and they want me to buy something. I've tried out multiple people and it's always like that. The massage aspect is good and very enjoyable but they barely dig into any problem areas with my skin it's just rubbing a bunch of product on it and then I literally got left in the room with the mask on at the end of my facial today for 30 minutes. Had to clean up and leave myself and could have walked out of there with no regard cause no one was to be found for a good 5 minutes in the waiting area. Half the facial is them slapping a mask on your face and leaving you in the room. I know everyone has off days so have hesitated leaving reviews after certain bad experiences I've had with them which is why my star review isn't lower but it feels negligent and forgetful when you're sitting in a room waiting for your esthetician to come back forever. It's not the first time I've had this happen either so sometimes will request no mask at the end if I'm in a rush but from now on I'd rather not do it at all.
I try the GM Hydrolifting facial today. It’s amazing. It’s the best facial I had ever before. My beautician is Moon today. She is so professional and acknowledged. Walked me through every step. After the facial, my skin feels so smooth and hydrating. Will definitely comes back again
