Been to Lexi quite a few times. They have a lot of options for colors. I’d like it if the nail techs were friendly. They seem too grumpy and not willing to help find or color match polish. Hence the 4 stars.
However, last couple of times I asked for Sandra and she has been good.
Lexi is excellent! Clean with super friendly staff- they always take the time to chat to you and say hello even if they are busy. They will literally do any design you can think of and even help you choose if you are having a hard time. My nails always look great after a trip to Lexi- Celia even did my nails and all of my bridesmaids for my wedding :) I literally don't trust anyone else with my manicure! Thank you!!!
I went to Lexi salon and got an expensive French manicure. BUT, A week later, The paint chipped in two of my nails. I called the manager and asked him if he could fix the two Nails. He was more interested in finding out who had done my nails rather than trying to ensure that the client, me happy. I told him I had a receipt to show that I had gotten my nails done there , but he continued to inquire about who had done my nails. It felt very much as though I would be getting someone in trouble by giving him her name. I mentioned that I would feel uncomfortable doing so, but he didn’t care.
