I went to the 214 E 82nd location. I found it easy to make an appointment and when I arrived, my masseuse Luda was waiting for me in the reception area. The receptionist was friendly and competent to get my treatment through my insurance company so I didn't have to pay ahead and get reimbursed. The treatment room was clean, had good air and soft lighting. The table with linens was heated from below. My massseuse was very professional and so obviously well trained. She was quiet and efficient. I absolutely will request her again.
