They do a pretty good job here but the reason I stopped going was they were very strict about their fill timing, even if they were the reason you couldn't make an appointment. For example, there were a few times that they didn't have any availability for a touch up by the last day of the 3 week mark, and they gave me a really hard time about asking them to do a 3 week touch up the next day (it would have only been a day over). I ended up finding somewhere else that was more flexible on this and also did a better job on my lashes in general. The lashes were applied to be very comfortable, but they drooped a little and made me look kind of sleepy.

Because of humidity and allergies, I rubbed a ton of eyelashes off and was panicking before my big trip. Lashwell was incredibly understanding.They not only squeezed me in right before my flight to fix them, but also added extra in case more eyelashes fell off.In addition, she refused to accept my offer to pay for the service since it was my fault.Thank you for being so understanding!!Service: Eyelash extensions
