Over all Staff was amazing very helpful but one male employee with glasses said he could find my name when the young lady at the front desk checked me in already but he looks on his lab top and when he said he didn’t see my name he mumble I should of just called out
My nurse Arsema was so attentive and caring she explained everything to my understanding and made me so comfortable it was my first time ever getting laser I was a little nervous at first but after receiving my treatment from her I walked out of there feeling like I can get it done again and again! Have had 4 appointment for facial laser hair removal and have seen a difference. Starting noticing significant reduction after second treatment. I have dark brown hair and light to medium tone completion which I hear helps with results. Jennifer has been my nurse practitioner and she is very good. Kind and thorough.
