I was in and out in 20 minutes, plus a bandaid and minus a little blood. The whole process was very easy and quick. I made the appointment online (try to book a week ahead if you want an early morning slot). I took the elevator up to the 6th floor, checked in (with drivers' license) a few minutes ahead of my appointment. I waited less than five minutes before the phlebotomist called me in. They were friendly and professional and did a great job. Three days later, my results arrived online in my portal. Again, super easy. For me, the needle is bad enough. It's nice that everything else was so painless.

My mom walked 40 mins looking for a lab and THANK GOD she came across the place and somehow the kind people in there helped her get a PCR test for her upcoming travel to Russia. Bear in mind she hardly speaks any English and no one accompanied her to help her(we are in another country)I am so grateful to the staff of LabQ especially to the fantastic lady who went out of her way to help ( I spoke to her on the phone) Bless you, thank you for taking care of my mom. You are the kindest!

This location is on 59th and lex. The whole process took less than 3 minutes. I introduced myself, they had me scan a bar code on my phone and fill out some details, my birthday etc. I got the PCR Test and Antibodies test. They said I will get results in 24 hours guaranteed.
