Dr. Kling has been our dermatologist for over 30+ years because he is top notch in his profession, cares deeply about the health of his patients, treats my MD phobic son with great skill and sensitivity...informed about the latest procedures and a great communicator. Also, and not the least, Dr. Kling is friendly, and always makes us feel at ease. My husband has had skin cancer, and Dr. Kling was very caring and made sure the treatments were expertly done and explained everything he was doing and why. I consulted another dermatologist two years ago because Dr. Kling was unusually busy..and this top dermatologist told me Dr. Kling was absolutely the best.. and that Dr. Kling taught this dermatologist in medical school.

After almost 1 hour wait, I finally was "examined" by Dr Kling. Less than 2 minutes ( maybe only ONE minute) !!! for a supposed Skin Check of a over 70 year old woman. Clearly NOT a careful thorough examination . . He Did NOT exam my face, neck, ears, back of ears or top of my head at All. In other words, even those are some of the primary Risk areas, these were ignored.By the way-- there is a 3% fee for use of a credit card -- something the Receptionist said she NEVER informs patients of. Maybe minor and possibly legal, but t still unfair and inappropriate.
