I came in with completely butchered haircut and meh color from another reputable salon. Thank you to the vision and talent of Carla and her assistant they did a complete makeover for me. Not only that they actually cared and it showed I was not just a number. She brought me back to my natural dark blonde (Mushroomy)hair color, which is so hard to nail, and she gave me the best refreshing cut to start brand new and fresh into a New Year. I am forever thankful for the visionary and caring touch of Carla Lorenz and Jenna Perry team provided. It was therapeutical experience to say the least. They have a special crew there!!! I am a forever client.
This salon is amazing! I was impressed by how seamlessly everyone worked together~ there must have been at least 4 people who touched my hair. The two most involved were Stephanie for color, and Joe for cut. I've never liked my hair better, ever! Stephanie's color job is amazing, and I worry I'll never find someone who can get it just right like she did (I don't live in NYC but was there on vacation). She was also so kind and emotionally attuned with where I was at, which made it easier to sit with her for 3 hours. Joe was so meticulous about cutting my hair to the exact right length, that 'm scared to get a trim from anyone else because they'll just botch up his beautiful...read full review
I went to Jenna Perry Hair on West Broadway to see Nylza for a hair cut & she didn't disappoint. I'm precious with my hair & Nylza gave be a great cut that I was comfortable with & could easily manage in my day to day. Definitely bring pictures/photots & I think most of the stylists have an Instagram where they show their work so thats always helpful! Will be going back to Nylza for a cut in November & thinking about doing a color at the salon as well with one of the expert colorists! Definitely worth the money and a visit!
