I have been going to see Jackie for about 4 years. I cannot be happier with her and her expertise ! She is so pleasant and wonderful as well as really talented and gave me back something I lost. I am a Cancer survivor and not only lost a lot of my hair many years ago but my eye brows literally disappeared. She is fantastic at what she does. After seeing her for brow microblading and touch ups I now not only have eye brows I have the most beautiful eye brows I have ever seen! She is amazing at what she does ☺ thank you so much Jackie!

She is absolutely the sweetest! Patient and detail orientated. I was using the saline tattoo removal process for my brows but it was taking a very long process only to find out it was the wrong point she had been using but it wasn't her fault as that's not what she was taught during her classes, she even called the manufacturing company to find out why it was taking so long to lighten an extremely small not even an inch of semi permanent ink off. They told her to go with a bigger gauge, she didn't want to hurt or scar my face--which i love her for that. But they said go for it and she did and my tattoo had lightened up so much after than. But it wasn't completely gone after so many tries so that is the only reason it wasn't 5 stars other than that she's absolutely amazing and I can't say enough great things. I will still continue to see her for other skin care services.
