Fees on my low risk, low return accounts occasionally exceeded the actual gains. Fees on my moderate risk, moderate return accounts ranged between 30-55% of the actual gains. Communications with my financial planner usually involved me leaving a voicemail or email, and getting a response 48 hours or later. After moving my funds to another financial institution, it has been 3 weeks and counting with regard to getting my funds transferred to the new institution….and the $ is still not transferred.
Simply put, JPMWM forgets they are managing money for their clients, and the firm certainly did not have my interest as their priority. The JPMWM priority was self enrichment...read full review

Please avoid JP Morgan. I have placed 22 phone calls over the past 9 weeks and have gotten no where.
I have a share in my JP Morgan account and want to sell it. Everyone has been extremely nice. Their internal systems must be so bad that no one that works for JP Morgan can understand it or their training department does not exist or is really bad.

My application for credit card with their invitation never went true. 7 weeks later, customer services told me to reapply because my application last only 30 days. To reapply, it will cost me downgrading my credit score.This institution is full of “BS” and the consumers affair should review all the complaint of many applicants.I have excellent credit and the only reason to apply for chase cc was to get advantage of the rewards. Now after 7 weeks waiting for that cc, the airplane tickets are almost double the amount that was before.Am shame of Chase monkey business.
