I have been searching for a great nail salon on UES, and FINALLY found Issa on 3rd - thank goodness. Mary does an amazing job with my Dip Powder! Very meticulous with shape and process. Very professional.Services: Foot massages
This place went downhill. The manicurists talk to each other non-stop in their native language...they rush through the manis & charge $16. My nails have uneven spots & the job was incredibly sloppy.
The service was wonderful, I felt like I was treated with so much care and respect. My manicure was twice as good as the reference photo, I was in love!! Will definitely come back soon!
