The best thing I've ever done is being a client of Dematogy. The treatment is very good, I recommend it.The bad thing is that the dark-haired woman with the wig never answers the phone when you call and they're always in a bad mood.
I have now been going to Infinity Dermatology for the past two months for Aerolase laser treatments. I am so grateful to have found them! The receptionists are always patient and super helpful whenever I call and ask questions or need to reschedule appointments. Candace, my laser technician is just so kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She is amazing!!!!! I know I am in the best hands and can't wait to see continue progress on these acne and hyperpigmentation issues- - I feel hopeful and like my confidence is restoring. The journey has been hard and emotional but I can't wait to have better skin thanks to Infinity.
I love this place I go to the one at 32 union square east my only problem is the front desk lady doesn’t seem friendly but every one else is great. I think the greeting from the front desk staff should make the client feel comfortable and not like she’s is having a bad day every time I go to the office and she’s working that day
