The negative reviews made me scared to book an appt here even though I'm in the Northwell network. But it's the easiest place for me to book so I went in expecting to suffer. After going, I'm pretty baffled by the low rating. That was the fastest I've been in and out of a medical office, staff is delightful, facility looked sleek and modern.
I was supposed to be there 25 minutes early but there were severe train delays so I was probably more like 10 minutes early. And even with that, I was checked in and called for my scan less than 5 minutes after arriving. I had a 4:45pm appt, was done by 4:55pm and got my results the next morning. Great efficient CT- on time & lovely staff. Sadly- radiology report not provided after 3 days, significantly slower than the community standard. My treatment decisions & care have been needlessly delayed.
Asked me to be a half Hour early for my appointment only to find out they were running over an hour behind the regular scheduled time. No attempt to contact you or let you know of the time change. Unfortunately just wasted all afternoon sitting in the waiting room.
