Asked me to be a half Hour early for my appointment only to find out they were running over an hour behind the regular scheduled time. No attempt to contact you or let you know of the time change. Unfortunately just wasted all afternoon sitting in the waiting room.
Surprised by the negative reviews - went here for an ultrasound appointment today on the 5th floor radiology and everyone was great. Didn't have to wait long and the appointment itself was quick and easy, everyone was friendly and helpful. One of the better overall experiences I've had at a doctor's office. The results were also processed and sent to me/my GP the same day which I did not expect (expected at least a couple of business days). Thank you!
After having a bad experience at another Northwell location, I actively avoided getting imaging done at this facility. However, it was surprisingly good, a far cry from the negative reviews I read here. I was prepared for the worst, but the worst was them running 30 mins late. After spending time in the waiting room with patients and meeting the staff, I don't think it was the staff that were the problem.
I booked my appointment online easily, submitted my forms early online, got everything I needed for my appointment ahead of time (doctor referral, etc). I confirmed my appointment and showed up 30 mins early as requested. Security at the front door was pleasant,...read full review
