Cannot sing enough praises for the staff at HSS NY and White Plains. From clerical, to individuals met in the corridors: custodian, other, clinicians, nurses and MD everyone was attentive, took their time for questions and efficient, direct responses. The facilities were clean and easy to navigate based previous information provided. Online and telephone communication/paper/forms were timely and unambiguous. The HSS program promotes education and a patient/family being fully involved in their care. Kudos to all. Youre an asset to the medical profession.
I have been suffering from debilitating pain for 9 months. This hospital has used all of there resources for Testing to diagnose my pain and to get me ready for the next step this is from someone that’s had pain even before the nine months from other surgeries I wish I would have come to HSS first for all my surgeries. HSS hospital is the most outstanding hospital The doctors, the staff, the x-ray technicians unbelievable. I’m glad I was able to be looked at by this hospital. And I’m sure they’re going to get me back on my bicycle and be able to ride it again pain-free to live my life to the fullest.
