I contacted Hinch Newman and Richard to assist my family's company with a licensing issue we were have with the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. We were concerned that we would lose our towing license. Richard was able to avoid a lengthy, costly court hearing and straighten out the licensing issue by contacting the right people. He was thorough, persistent and asked the right questions. Richard also secured for us a temporary license until the issue was resolved.
