This was our first year working with Daniel and he exceeded expectations. We have a fairly complicated picture (two states plus DC, rental property, consulting income) and he navigated all of it cleanly. He's an expert on the short-term rental strategy and cost segregation for Airbnb-type properties, and the result he delivered speaks for itself. Just as important, he communicates clearly: quick responses, plain-English explanations, and no surprises. Highly recommend, especially if you own short-term rentals.
Daniel was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional and dealt with matters on a timely basis. Followed through with trust. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks Daniel, 5 stars!
