Harlem Property Management, Inc. is responsive, attentive and considerate professionals. I have received their support for over two years while facing numerous issues from rodents to unexpected damages to door locks. In all instances, they have responded to my requests within 30 minutes, followed up with me until the issue has been resolved and most importantly they have been open to recommendations on how to improve any support services they provide.I highly recommend HPM to any property owner that is in need of property management services.
Selling in New York can be tough. Having a professional, knowledgable, courteous and thorough management company helping guide the transaction is a huge help. HPM makes all the difference.
Tom Vukel (handyman) that's works for Harlem properties did An amazing job on the master shower in apt. 13E, he was professional and clean and all around a great worker. I would recommend Tom on your next job.
