My window broke in the midst of a huge rainstorm, and it was freezing and water was coming into my apt. Fredo came super late at night to patch up the window to hold me over until repairs could be made….. in a matter of a a few very short days my window went from this to fully functioning and working! I am so beyond happy with the customer service and the work they have done for me!!
