I started with a consult for a wig to cover my thinning hair which I could no longer get under control. Andrew patiently discussed all possibilities for hair products, quality, costs, care, etc. I decided to get one and I was seen by Elise Cole who took such patient and professional care of me. The color match was perfect and the perm to simulate my curly hair was carefully done. She has humor, compassion, and certainly expertise. It was so comfortable working with her and absorbing her years of experience. I've found all the people working at HairPlace to be congenial and caring. I am so glad I wandered in. I'm getting such wonderful compliments on my hair that looks so natural. Thanks!

I have used hair place NYC twice in the last ten years due to my hair loss from multiple treatments. I could not imagine going through this process anywhere else. The compassion I was treated with was above and beyond. The styles and varieties of wigs are guaranteed to make you feel beautiful.
