I had a fantastic experience at The Plaza Hotel spa. The hot stone massage was excellent—relaxing, soothing, and expertly done. My masseuse was very professional and skilled, which made the experience even better. The addition of champagne elevated the entire visit, making it feel truly luxurious. Highly recommended!
Jeanie helped me with gift wrapping today and she was so kind and thoughtful!! She had everything prepared for me and even sprayed the tissue paper with their classic scent! The spa actually has a nice selection of retail products, which was a pleasant surprise. Jeanie really made my day by going above and beyond, I will come back here to buy their products in store just because of her!
The entire experience from entry point to exit was phenomenal! I wish I would’ve taken down everyone’s name who made our bachelorette party feel all the love needed on this special occasion.
The massages were all out of this world thanks to blessed hands of our masseuses.
