I’ve been going to Golden Tree for 3 years and it’s my favorite place. I’d say 90% of my gel manis last for 4 weeks. And you’ll get the BEST free massage, always feel spoiled by the massage.
I’ve been going here for years, and all along, Golden Tree has consistently maintained a clean, welcoming space with friendly manicurists who provide efficient services. I’m surprised the rating seems forever paused at a 3.8, but I suppose this proves these rating systems don’t always reflect a business’s grit or true performance — particularly from the locals who are there regularly and usually not the ones to review. The frequent customer punch card is the way to go and each time I wind up at a different salon, I regret not having waited for Golden Tree. Don’t forget to tip these hardworking women who run the show.
Goldentree is THE best place to get your mani's/pedi's in downtown NYC. Firstly, when you walk into Goldentree you are greeted by multiple people and welcomed with open arms which automatically sets you up for a good experience. The next thing you will notice is how clean GoldenTree is. The place is immaculate. Also, it is typically very busy, which goes to show how popular the business is because they do a wonderful job. When getting your services done, the staff is extremely efficient without rushing and that is ideal. They are also very kind and warm at GoldenTree. You can just tell that whoever is doing your services that they care about you and the work that they are doing. That is important. Not to mention - GoldenTree is AMAZING. I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else in the city (and I've tried almost everywhere) because they just do such a solid and good job and the perks are great too (complimentary back massage when getting mani). Plus, the price is RIGHT. Specifically, I love Ashley. Ashley has become a true friend of mine, who I can't wait to see every time I need to go back to Goldentree (which is 3 weeks because that's how great their dip mani is and lasts so long). Again, this just goes to show how great the staff is and caring they are about their customers. I have so much more to say about how wonderful and fantastic GoldenTree is, but if you have been before then you already know.
