    I am so happy with my first time experience at GLOSSLAB. I tried it through classpass and am so happy with my results. I went to the Tribeca Location. Maria did my mani & Sophiya did my pedicure. They did exactly as I asked for shaping & even did three coats instead of two. I highly recommend asking for them if you have the chance to go! <3

    Elizabeth was an incredible nail technician who was so kind and thorough despite Glosslab being unorganized and unprepared. I had previously received nail extensions from the West Village Glosslab, and booked an appointment to get them removed and to get new gel extensions at the Tribeca Glosslab. Upon my arrival it was clear that nobody had told Elizabeth that she would be removing extensions. Further, Elizabeth only had cotton balls, tin foil, and the tiniest scraping tool to take all the extensions off. Just the extension removal took over an hour.     Not a great customer experience. While my manicurist was nice enough and the manicure she did was fairly decent except for one uneven nail, the treatment from the hostess was terrible. I went for my first appointment and was running late, to which, as policy states I gave a headups, and since I had selected two different services (gel mani + classic pedi) I was fully prepared to have to give one up. Once I arrived the greeting when I said my name and made them aware that I was late, was very cold. The lady told me that I had to give up one of my services, to which I agreed and said I wanted to get the gel mani and was met with the reply: No, we can only do a pedicure. Since I was aware that I was wrong for running late, I looked at her and kindly replied oh, thats ok, if that's the only service available I rather just go and reschedule. This reply was met by an eye roll and a big sigh followed by: If you can choose a color in 2 minutes, then we can do your nails. This reply was incredible rude and unnecessary, I ended up choosing whatever color (which off course ended up hating) and had the mani. Once finished I walked towards her to pay up, and that's when she started selling me more services. Her demeanor changes completly, fake flateering me and being extremely nice. I had bought a membership and canceling was a nightmare, not worth it
