They’ve always been understanding with my schedule, even when I was running late, and they worked with me when it came to payments for their services.
They respond to questions in a timely manner and really prioritize customer service, treating everyone equally with respect. The entire team is friendly, kind, sweet, and genuine. I’ve felt comfortable and taken care of from day one, and I highly recommend them.
So so kind and genuine!! I had an issue with my bottom retainer I got at a different orthodontist, and they were so helpful and honest about how to fix it and what my next steps should be. I had such a great experience and will definitely be going back if I ever have an issue in the future!
