Excellent service . The follow through with my new retainer was seamless and prompt . The clean environment in the offices is very important, especially with the awful air quality outside . The office Team makes sure everything is sterile and safe… with a smile.

I honestly didn’t expect to be giving five stars and beyond, but Gibbs Orthodontic Associates truly deserves it. Since day one, they’ve been honest, transparent, and incredibly accommodating. They’ve always been understanding with my schedule, even when I was running late, and they worked with me when it came to payments for their services.
They respond to questions in a timely manner and really prioritize customer service, treating everyone equally with respect. The entire team is friendly, kind, sweet, and genuine. I’ve felt comfortable and taken care of from day one, and I highly recommend them.
