I started out being just an individual in need of simple technical support and was made to feel that nothing is too small for Genius Computer. Someone even came to my house the first time I needed service from them (over 6 years ago) and I have consistently received immediate remote support since. Their response time to emails and phone calls is phenomenal. They are also proactive in noting any anomaly in my computer's behavior and inform me right away. I feel very secure in the maintenance system that they have set up for me.
