The technicians are terrific. The problem is Best Buy, which manages Geek Squad. They used to be great. We bought a printer, to be delivered the next day and set up the following Monday. It was delivered to the building at 10:30 at night. When the tech was to come on Monday, they would call or email the day before and give a four-hour window, morning or afternoon, basically. We got nothing. I went online for a Live Chat, which was useless - the agent was also rude. So I phoned. An automated thing said if you have an appointment go to bestbuy dot com slash appointments. It was only there that I learned someone was actually coming. Ten minutes later the phone rang, and five minutes after that, two wonderful techiees surfaced and set up our printer. The most ridiculous part came at the end. Five hours later, at 3:30 p.m., I received an email from Best Buy telling me that Geek Squad techs would be arriving sometime between 8:30 and 12:00 that morning. Best Buy's management is a disaster. Are they headed for bankruptcy? They used to be the best!!!
Worst customer service ever!!! I've used them before however it's been a few years. They were good then. But However they are now a nightmare They're unable to give you time of service until day of service. Because of this I've had to reschedule my appointments. I continued to get conflicting answers from their people to when I'd know their time of arrival. Customer service is non existent. I will NEVER use them again.
Terrible. I told them the whole problem twice before making an appointment. I took a cab to get there wasted 20 bucks and an hour of waiting time for them to tell me they cannot help. Why make an appointment if you know you cannot help.
