I’ve always received smooth, on-time service from G&G Cleaners. Recently, their factory accidentally shrank my suit, but Mr. Wu and Wendy handled the situation with professionalism. Within two weeks, they provided a check for the value since the suit was no longer available for purchase. I highly recommend G&G and will continue using them for all my dry-cleaning needs.
I always do my drycleaning and alterations here. Staff is very helpfui and professional, great tailoring. I asked them to rush my suit for graduation and despite the short notice, they were able to get everything looking perfect just in time. Although it was a little expensive (I suppose what you expect from Soho), it was worth the price. Definitely recommend.
