This was a truly exceptional experience. I came in with unfixable broken glasses. I live in California and was visiting, so this was a bit of a crisis. Out of the goodness of their hearts, they did a great job of using literally baking soda to get the glasses one more day of use. Then they went through several hurdles to make sure I got frames within 24 hours. And then they spend a bunch of extra time making absolutely sure that the frames and my lenses worked well together. These are nice people and smart people who really took care of me, knowing from the jump that I was by the nature of it a one time customer. I could not possibly recommend them higher. I came here specifically for a same-day (same hour, really) medical eye appointment because of an acute loss of vision + discomfort in one of my eyes. Within 30 minutes, I had an appointment with Dr. Chung. Dr. Chung + staff were super helpful in providing a prompt eye examination. Comedically, my only problem was that I had a contact lens stuck in for two days which I thought I removed two days prior... Despite the obvious L of a situation, Dr. Chung remained professional and made sure there were no serious complications with my eye. She promptly sent me on my way with helpful recommendations for after-care instructions (eye drops + guidance on recovery).
